Things you need
1. Write the Name on a craft sheet of our choice and then cut out the alphabets with a cutter.
2. On another craft sheet stick the quilling strips in random pattern.
3.Stick the cut out sheet on top of this Quilled Sheet and fix it in a Frame. And add your personalized details.
